Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells
Michelangelo once said, “I saw an angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.” Pasta which consist of dough made from durum wheat and water then shaped and boiled in water is the marble in the chef’s hands. Lifeless in its own, but paired with sauces and spices and cheeses it is an angel which will free your palate to enjoy tingly, joyful, rich, delectable sensations that you or this world cannot get enough of. In fact, pasta topped a global survey becoming the world’s favorite food! So, the lovely shot of sauces, spices and cheesey goodness that you see above could not have been if it weren’t for the pasta shell which you see below.
And for today’s recipe, these lowly but most important shells will be holding ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, spices and topped with Italian seasoned sautéed chicken bathed in a spicy tangy marinara sauce!
