Korean (a-ju ma-si-sseo-sseo-yo) Barbecue Beef

Alright, so the long jumbled letters with dashes between the parenthes is the english pronunciation of the Korean phrase “it was Delicious”, or bomb! Since I had my wok still out on the counter from my last Orange Chicken dish, I decided to keep the party wokin. It might not have been super duper authentic as at a Korean Barbecue restaurant, but hey no long lines and cash still in my pocket. It was very tasty and very easy. Chop up some nice beef into thin strips, Rib-Eye steak if you can, but flank steak, much cheaper will taste great also! Marinate beef in bag with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, scallions, pepper and red pepper flakes for an hour. Cut up some carrots or your other favorite veggie. Stir fry the veggies in a bit of oil. Stir fry the meat marinade in batches, and then combine everything together. Serve over rice and and you to will say
아주 맛있었어요 (a-ju ma-si-sseo-sseo-yo) or It Was Delicious!
